Donor Profile

The Donor Profile page provides you with at-a-glance information about the donor, including all recent donations, lifetime donations, as well as basic donor information. Many of the fields are editable, and give you total control over the donor account.

Donor Information

The top section in the Donor Profile is where the donor information such as a profile picture, donor ID, donor name, user ID (if applicable) and link to disconnect the user or see the WordPress user profile and when they became a donor. These fields are all editable, using the “Edit Donor” button.

In this section you can also see a link to the total donations completed and lifetime amount of donations made by the donor.

The “Disconnect user” link is only visible when the donor record is associated with a WordPress user account. Clicking this link will remove that association with the WordPress user from this donor record.

Also note the “Delete Donor” tab where you can delete a donor’s data from the back end of your site. You are given an option on that tab for whether to delete the associated donations along with the donor.

Addresses

Donor addresses are provided for your administrative purposes. You have the option to add multiple addresses for the donor. This billing address gets pre-populated by default for the billing address ( if enabled for the payment gateway) in the donation form if the donor logs into your site before donating. Additional addresses allows you to store the donors physical mailing address in addition to their credit card billing address which is stored automatically.

Donor Emails

This section provides you with the list of emails the donor has used while donating. You have the option to add more emails and make any email the primary email address. The primary email address is the email which gets pre-populated by default in the donation form when the donor donates while logged in.

Recent Donations

The recent donations section provides you with all of the donor’s recent donations. Use the “View Details” link to see more in depth information about each transaction. That link takes you to a detailed donation page for that individual donation. See the documentation on the Donations page for more on that.
