GiveWP is built to be as intuitive and easy to use as possible. That said, we understand questions and issues can arise when building great fundraising websites. That's exactly why we have a dedicated support staff of WordPress and GiveWP experts in place to help. Here is how we handle support.

Customers receive priority support access

Customers with active subscriptions for premium add-ons receive front-of-the-line access within our support queue. Are you a customer? Login to the right to access priority support.

Looking for free support? We regularly answer questions on GiveWP's WordPress.org support forum. You can ask a question and search through many resolved answers.
