Introducing the GiveWP Customer Success Team

At Give, your success is our success. If you’ve purchased a Give add-on in 2018, chances are you’ve heard back from us within one business day — by phone or by email — from our new Customer Success Team.

What is a Customer Success Team?

Think of us as your Give concierge desk and more!
~ Michelle Ames, Head of Customer Success

Just like a hotel concierge, we have answers and we’re eager to make sure your needs are met. We reach out to you to make sure you are supported from the moment you purchase an add-on or bundle. Our goal is to make sure that your questions are answered about how the add-ons work, what they can accomplish, how to implement them, and any other questions you may have.

What sets us apart from other organizations is that we aren’t just account reps. We don’t think of ourselves as salespeople. We’re not sitting around waiting for YOU to call US; and we’re not a bunch of minimum wage interns waiting for the next best job to come along – because we already have the best job: helping you!

Who better to serve as a resource for you at Give than those who have “been there” and “done that?”

What we are is a team of dedicated success professionals with customer service experience, extensive WordPress experience, and an intimate knowledge of Give and the not-for-profit industry. This means we’ve been in your shoes. We know what it’s like to search for the perfect plugin. We have installed themes (and more themes in search of the holy grail of themes). We’ve experienced the excitement of publishing a WordPress website, and the fear of clicking “update” (of course we always run a backup first!). Most importantly, we have used, and loved using Give!

You might be asking yourself, “How do I access this amazing team?”

We’re so glad you asked! In addition to us reaching out to you, you can contact us on our website, or join us in the Give Community on Facebook.

At Give our mission is to democratize generosity. Our values are to be friendly and professional. Our vision is to provide the best-in-class technology and web services to NonProfits. We do this by focusing on your success. So next time your phone rings after a Give purchase, make sure to pick up, because we’d love to chat with you and hear about your goals for success and help ensure they happen.
