What’s New in Version 1.3?

Peer-to-Peer campaigns can be very large and complex types of fundraisers to run and manage. So, some of the very first feedback we received was related to what admins could or couldn’t do with their campaigns. That was a big focus for this release.

Some of the new features include:

  • Admins can now clone Campaigns. Doing so copies over all Campaign settings, but not the Campaign donations, teams, or fundraisers
  • Donations can be edited to be attributed to different teams or fundraisers via the donation detail screen
  • Admins can export campaign fundraiser data, including Campaign ID, Campaign Name, Fundraiser ID, Fundraiser Name, Fundraiser Email Address, Fundraiser Goal Amount, Fundraiser Raised Amount
  • Admins can now delete teams and individual fundraisers. When deleting them, you have the ability to reallocate the progress of that fundraiser or team somewhere else. If you delete a team captain, a prompt let’s you promote a new fundraiser to team captain in their place.
  • You can now use custom CSS to style your Peer-to-Peer campaigns. This is made possible using the part attribute. Detailed documentation is in the works to highlight how this works generally and with Peer-to-Peer specifically.

Here are some additional fixes and changes:

  • Refactor: Pending approval process is improved
Previously when a user registered as a new team and/or fundraiser, it showed them where to view their unique page — regardless of whether or not admin approval was enabled. Now, when they register it informs them that they’re all set but need to wait for an admin to approve them. Also, their pages don’t work (404) until approval goes through.
  • Fix: Donors who donate anonymously are not listed in the top donors list
  • Fix: Existing users are now able to join teams or fundraiser
  • Fix: Pass only array values to user function callback for PHP8 compatibility
  • Fix: Story contents now contain the width of images
  • Fix: Campaign donations are now deleted along with the donation
  • Fix: Existing users can now register for one or more campaigns
  • Fix: Donation aggregates now only include completed donations
  • Fix: Placement of stats in campaign, team, and fundraiser screens
