Tools

The Tools settings page allows site Admins to get their System Info, view logs, see API activity, and run several useful Data tools.

The “Tools” section provides useful information about your website for troubleshooting and seeing a bit “under the hood” of your general donor and donation activity.

System Info — This provides technical information about your server environment and WordPress environment. We request you provide this whenever requesting Priority Support since it helps us tremendously in understanding your environment.

Logs — this is a general list of donor and/or donation related activity on your site.

API — this is a list of API activity on your site.

Data — these tools help you to recalculate your donor and/or donation statistics in case anything got out of sync. Read more on that here.
